Hard Things Always Easy - Business Life

Little moment when girlfriend was out. It was quiet and peaceful though it doesn't mean that she is noisy. It do give me a little moment of being my very own. My television was down and it was a quiet night. Listening to the new song bought from Apple iTunes had gave me many thoughts. Looking on the words and advices I had pasted on my closet. It said, "Hard thing always easy." Very often, I was too busy and tired to even look at that but once I have the time, it always hits me deep into my heart. It makes me believe that I have to stretch more and more to get better and better. We are human and rely much on companionship. It is inevitable to be imperfect and sometime situation around can be like salt on wound or perhaps one little word from other's mouth can cut deep into your heart. It is unavoidable, absolutely. However, if you had been expose more and more to such situation, challenge and maybe criticism, your won't be that glassy anymore. I had regret that I'm a businessman once a while when hitting rocks. I will ask how good if i'm still well protected under a company welfare. This feeling is weary day by day and it is maybe that I've grown stronger.  I'm not glassy compares to a freshie now. I brush off my shyness to deal with unknown. It is hardly now to feel in trauma or disappointed on little words by people. I have to live on and continue to survive and to grow big. If you are a businessman or a start-up. You never alone because there are thousands of people feel the same as, i'm inefficient. I think it is a growth process. Cheer! Lad!

Walk two miles

Do a little bit more than you will be different along way. How much did you embrace this sentence? Some of the people will holding the concept of giving 20 percent of effort and getting 80 percent of result. If you have bunch of friends, look at the success one. Every done and undone things matters what he is now. I saw that one friend tried a little bit different when we are at high school and he is huge different successful figure now. Why not do a little bit more? Jesus says, "walk two miles when someone had asked you to walk a mile." Amen.

Ladder of Education

Being inspired by an art satirise the very true situation of our society. "The ladder of education" It was illustrated in the way of staircase was built by notes of money. Being a teacher, I notice the education received from wealthy family is richer than the poor one. More than often, poor kids are just rely on the government school system they had. They are very depending on whatever they received from school, unlike richer kids, they receive better, detailed, rich content as long as their parents are capable to pay for it. It is always sad that they are much in love but they do not feel the situation. One can said, "Plant in the greenhouse can't withstand adversity." It is true but they have better surviving rate than the poor one. It means, "Plant in forest is stronger but they exist at one in thousand ratio." You saw someone from a despairing family doing great and very success, but wonder too how much of those had actually died off.

I hope every teacher in this nation will devote more love to everyone and pay more attention to build the kids. Who know you are the only one they can rely with, second to their parents.

"Lord, please give strength to all the teachers, parents and students. Open their heart to receive your words. Make them wise, mature and persevere. Grant them best of their luck. Amen."

Difficulties, Take It Down Pieces By Pieces

I have learned to appreciate every drop of inspiration on starting an article. It is often situational and difficult to repeat.

Have you ever been mediocre on your way to success or even feeling difficult to continue? Be it on your career, as a parent or even as school student. Many of us encounter difficulty or difficulties, but not many of us try to embrace it. As large group of the people might turn away from it, look at it or panic with it. It will be much simple to imagine by putting your younger self side by side to your current image. If you have child, try to compare your way of living, method to deal with external stimulus with theirs. You will probably found that there are not much different in term on the nature of problem and dealing mechanism. How? You would say, we are at different stage of life. True enough. But had you seen yourself saying "I don't know.", "They are different, they are better.", "It is somehow destinated". Have all these thoughts come across your mind before? If you are conscious enough you probably heard these, and if you deepen your thought, you will notice that you can solve the problem what had caused your kids scratching their head (your head) with the wisdom you currently have.

So what you are going to do to solve their problem is the same same mechanism to solve your problem right now. Put it in career, parenting or business world. Yes, but I ain't say the magnitude is the same. The magnitude gains in size when you grow older but the mechanism to solve problem is always the same, the way of thinking, processing is the same. Throughout history, people "walk" with their feet, "ride" a horse to travel and "drive" a car to work. All of these shared the same mechanism but different in magnitude. This is why we need "company" to "create" certain value which can't be done by individual. The magnitude is different. But what had been done in the past, will still be doing now.  What was needed, will still be needed now.

So ask yourself, how are you going to solve your younger self problem. Coaching? Step by step? starting with least difficult task? Make a lighter commitment to train up responsibility? It is the same mechanism like learning ABC before Spell "Cat" and "Dog". So take it down one piece at a time.

Then who are suppose to be the teacher role? You aren't getting a teacher when you are already an adult. No guiding, no postulation, no, nothing, ambiguous is the only thing left when you peer into the future. However, this inefficiency makes whole thing perfect. Don't feel afraid on making choice or waiting other to pick for you. If they do, prepare to be deep in regret when someone achieve than you do. In fact, I doubt the richest man will certain their every action, they don't, they gain confidence and instinct along the way. It took a small piece at time. That is also an harsh truth that trained us to be more responsible to our choice in adulthood. In fact, I don't have a good teacher right now and I would cry for having one. Teacher will coach you, give you insight and motivate you when you run out of fuel. In business world, you must realised that you need one. If you don't have any, keep looking, expand your social circle. That is the only way.

Taking down the difficulty small piece at a time is the only universal rule to get it done. Recognise when you are running away. Conscious or not, life is getting better and mind is getting wiser. That happens to everyone of us.  =)

Temptation Is Talking To You

Believe it or not, there are always more than one voice in your heart speaking on certain decision or choice. Most of the time, they are conflicting each other which make us difficult to make choices and stall on some of the big moment. It happens too to the temptation. So how do we deal with the temptation at the first place? How do we make a right choice at the very moment? You need to be conscious (always) which will be difficult as it could happens and gives you a blink or it would not. Secondly, don't compromise but run. Do not try to indulge in any single pieces of temptation because once you condemn in a even smallest pieces of temptation, it going to haunt you and hunt you down.

Devil are not pushy but they are very good on mesmerising and lie. As Psalm 10:6 said, "They say to themselves, 'Nothing will ever shake us', they swear no one can do us harm'.  Psalm 10:11 "The wicked say to themselves, 'God will never notice'. he covers his face and never sees".

Psalm 10:4 In their pride the wicked do not seek him in all their thoughts there is no room for God.
That is how one does not respond to God whisper and fall. Do not be one of them. If God grace is to give you conscious on what you are doing and how danger are you on the edge of cliff, appreciate that and run.

An Awesome Generation

I had came across this post from facebook posted by a friend. It is both surprise and feeling proud. This guy is my old mate and my friend! When we are in form three, he plays a song at class and I could remember until now.

Topmillion audition - Anthony

Our year is an awesome generation, we have bubble tea tycoon which who now operates their franchise abroad; We have a group operates vegetarian foods franchise in Penang and now is top vegetarian shop in Penang Island; We have few successful friend now working in Singapore and their salary is easily 10 thousand of ours; We have one group of friend recently opens new pharmacy and dental clinic and another opens a Thaifood restaurant.

Although i'm not as good as they are now but still I'm proud to have sharing same old day with them. By looking on them and I knew I did miss out something when sharing the same journey with them. Though I always quite slow but I will keep finding the thing that I had missed.

At the most vulnerable state

Never being so vulnerable since and sometime I will think if it calls losing a job. Technically, I open a shop and have my own business since then. It is difficult be it my business already break even but I do not gain a single penny up to now. It has been half year and I have felt despair since then.

Lots of pressure, urgency cropping up whether from qualities to deliver, customer's satisfaction, multi-tasking and many more. At this moment, I've thought luck was important and luck is needed to get through this. But on the other part of my mind will say, didn't God answer our prayer through us and answer it very originally? It means harvest from sowed field. Fairness of lord, it have sticked with me all this long. God is fair to every single person, where harvest for those who had sown. The only things make us different is chances of encounter. We encounters or expose to certain chances differently. Example like Jack Ma from Alibaba, there are few million peoples in China and I bet there are thousand of them doing the same thing as him. Anointing from the lord make him different (whether he is Christian or not). This is the sort of chances and encounter that only happen in probability of lower than 1%. Do you think this one percent going to happen on you? And some would said try or never. It is two different end of spectrum.

You know what, I've tried to film a video and one American (view from America) watched for only 42 seconds. WHAT?? It is a big laughing stock.

I'm in a very vulnerable state and hope Lord will show me what to do, perhaps bring me some luck (I don't think it would understand from Bible). I really in a confusion state and I need money.
