Training

I begins of my first day training. Done some reps on shoulder, hands and leg muscle. It was tough on doing abs training. Oh man.. I hope i wont break my back....

So normally people will take picture for begin and after picture. Haha

I hope there is some changes after one month

Little hope

Sometime when you dreamed of something or have planned something with absolute confident. But thing turn out doesn't what you think it will behave .
We call this disappointment. Growing older, i turning more passive. Less encouraging life result, less motivated on certain thing that we care.

It remind me that robert kiyoshaki said, hope is for the hopeless. What you do, it means. I somehow once aggressive and hoping the return will be as expected. But somehow things do not go easy and turning into different way.

So we should hope? We should put something on absolute as granted? I have no idea, future is such ambiguous and full of possibility (but doesn't mean always good).

Diverse

Never intensified one source to raise the value but diversified sources to achieve the same value. For it is law of equilibrium where one to one ratio effort to value ratio is much easy to achieve at the starting tail

Education blindness

What our social and education system focusing on is completely a joke. Our boys and girl are only focusing on the gradings and people got angry when the school are preparing their kids fit better into the industry by having parents complains that not proper education by doing this.

People don understand that sometimes words and knowledge not working if it is having with poor executor.

Our children need more practical experience and not crying when they get a B instead of an A grade. They need to learn from failures and be mentally prepared to be flexible and accept changes.

Mental strength

Sometime it just hard to separate yourself and think about logic.

It need a great effort to come out with a plan but it need greater effort to keep commit to it, particularly the life concerned plan.

Each decision made by us always come with two edge effects. Each side pulling us in different strength and that is how our struggles come from. We aren't convinced and motivated by our plan, we make and demolish it with cycles. That is how we are stepping on the same ground until now.
