What our social and education system focusing on is completely a joke. Our boys and girl are only focusing on the gradings and people got angry when the school are preparing their kids fit better into the industry by having parents complains that not proper education by doing this.
People don understand that sometimes words and knowledge not working if it is having with poor executor.
Our children need more practical experience and not crying when they get a B instead of an A grade. They need to learn from failures and be mentally prepared to be flexible and accept changes.

Mental strength
Sometime it just hard to separate yourself and think about logic.
It need a great effort to come out with a plan but it need greater effort to keep commit to it, particularly the life concerned plan.
Each decision made by us always come with two edge effects. Each side pulling us in different strength and that is how our struggles come from. We aren't convinced and motivated by our plan, we make and demolish it with cycles. That is how we are stepping on the same ground until now.
I do really need a great strength to start my commitment - lazy man's confession

Strength of a star
Currently I have glancing through some movie list and and some movie from Jim Carrey caught my sight.
You know what, Jim Carrey always one of favorite star with his funky acting of course some encouraging value too such as the movie bruce almighty, yes man and mr popper penguin.
He is such an amazing guys with the capability to come out all of these works. Of course i not the one understand him, at least not personally but the spirit and capability within him are so strong and touch me.
We are not perfect of course, barely complete if comparing to Jesus. From his works, i seen the strength to withstand from the social mirror. You know what, most of us are just barely an image from social mirror with acting and doing what social called sane. He is a guy that acted from clown to a huge star which "able" to separate himself from all kinda negativity. Im not sure he is happy doing it or not, but the strength within him is for me admire the most.
I'm looking forward on reading his biography and hopefully there are free copy that i can download. Have a look on this, jim carrey: fun and funnier

The bridge
When i tried to think how to balance between humility and confident, it was tough.
Bible said, bless are those humble their heart.
Indeed, humility have stressed during even from the middle age society.
It was like a bridge between two hill, you too humble and consequence to less confident in long run and you too confident lead you to discrete egoism.
I always struggle between how to be truly humble, how to be confident enough but does not give ego apparent; and still maintain the purest stage of our heart: true and honest.
True and honest doesn't widely accept by the community except those willing to be the receptor part. Truth hurts the self image of someone else, that was stressed also in the covey: third alternatives.
Am i right for staying straight forward. I just to have faith on lord word.

My fujielectric diary
Being joining this company three months, as i mentioned before, this company is a complete pressure cooker.
Coping wasn't good enough until recently. I was doing better and better with little supervision all the time.
Joining this company is always an honor. Try to imagine how many people can actually qualified for the employment. But honestly, if I'm a malay, i jell much better.
My life was completely insane and no personal time. I was doing every now and there recover implanter operational condition, evaluate machine condition, thinking of improvement plan and etc.
Life always great when we face and complete a challenge.
It was great and I'm happy and honor to be part of you.

Between best and good
We always know that which is the best. But how often we choose best from good.
Sometime you see that one live and achieve better than you and you wish to be part of them. So do i.
But think again, do your nature work this way? I mean ya right, everything lies possibility. But are you capable cope all the thing?
Of course to gain peace, gain development, first is to understand your nature. God always provide you choice, it depend on our capability.
There is certain people with right nature can fit in certain place well. But it does happen to you, that is how this world function as.
Come on not fate, is scripted both by you and our father.
